Fees

We believe our fees to be reasonable especially when one considers the care and expertise that goes into treating your pets. We will happily provide you with a written estimate if your pet is to be admitted for any medical workup or surgical procedure. If you feel that veterinary fees are too high in general we'd appreciate it if you read "The Cost of Compassion" from the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association. It does a great job of explaining exactly what you and your pet receive for your hard earned money.

Financial Policy

Payment is due when services are rendered or when your pet is discharged. We will gladly accept cash, your personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit. If a pet is to be hospitalized or boarded for any extended period of time we will request a deposit before your pet is left at our office.
